Office Chair Parts Needed

I am looking for the Pads for our arm rests (similar to the Slugger Arm Pads). My problem is that I do not know the name of the chair, the model, nor the make. After researching online, I found one of your chairs that has arm rests similar to our chairs. Therefore, I would like to know if you sell the arm rests separately or if you can send me to correct direction to where I can find that information.
