Your service just blew me away. My order arrived today - less than 2 days from order and to Hawaii to boot!. That's unheard of here. Not only that, the badly chipped and scraggly arm rests for my husband's favorite office chair now sport 2 new cushiony arm rests. We had been searching for replacements for nearly a year, but the company that made the chair went out of business, so we had just about given up hope. The arm rests fit perfectly and they were easy to install.
