Chair Parts .. Lifeform Office Chair

Hi:

I purchased a LIFEFORM chair, Model #3693 a few years ago in Maryland.
The foam arms of the chair are falling apart, and need to be replaced. Do you sell the replacement arms? Please let me know.

Actually we manufacturer a chair very similar to the Lifeform chair, but do not have chair parts that fit exactly to their chairs. We find that the Superstores (Office Max, Office Depot, Staples) as well as others make it almost impossible to get a part for a chair. Although your chair is not a cheap Asian import, the cheap Asian import chairs are just plain cheap....quality, value, comfort.

That is why we sell direct and we know our customers and they know us.

We will be focusing on replacement parts for chairs very soon, with the roll-out of our new web-site design, and the new chairs we will be offering. We will stress Go-GREEN as we will offer a variety of easily accessible replacement parts. It goes back to the theory of "it is not what the chair costs; but what it costs to own the office chair for a long period of time."
